As an MSR I/II, you will open new accounts, resolve issues, provide accurate product information, and promote services while delivering friendly, face-to-face service.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in cross-selling products and servicing members.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Open new accounts and handle routine member inquiries.
• Provide accurate account information and promote products/services.
• Conduct teller-related transactions and fund transfers.
• Assist with member onboarding and servicing to ensure satisfaction.
