Job summary

Alliance Safety Council is hiring a Member Service Representative Level I to support the Member Services Department with CBT training and lab operations. The role requires reliable attendance, front-desk support, and coordination of student testing and scheduling.

The CSR will assist instructors and member companies with registration and training issues, monitor CBT labs for integrity, and help prepare rooms for classes.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge and understanding of English grammar.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and software.
• High school education or equivalent; 1–3 years experience in member services (not required to be in education)

Responsibilities

• Greet students scheduled to receive computer-based training (CBT).
• Assist with CBT lab setup and monitoring per policy.
• Schedule students for CBT sessions and monitor in-lab testing to prevent cheating.
• Assist instructors and member companies with registration or employee training issues.
• Provide front desk support as necessary and keep CBT lab secure and organized.
