Job summary

Alliance Safety Council is seeking a Member Service Representative Level I (FT) to support the Member Services department by assisting with training on the organization’s products for clients. The CSR will manage front desk duties, support CBT lab operations, and coordinate with instructors to facilitate training sessions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in member services, and basic computer skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge and understanding of English grammar and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and students at the front desk and route inquiries.
• Log in CBT lab computers and monitor sessions to ensure proper operation.
• Assist instructors and members with registration and training-related questions.
• Monitor CBT lab security and ensure labs are not left unattended during sessions.
