Job summary

Envista Credit Union in Topeka, KS is looking for a Contact Center-Virtual Communications Specialist to assist members with their financial service needs over the phone. The role requires a positive, outgoing attitude and a drive to strengthen member relationships within a collaborative, fast-paced team that identifies cross-sell opportunities and builds product knowledge across financial services.

The position is located in Topeka and is not eligible for remote work. Starting rate is $22.85/hr.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales and customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with their financial service needs, identify and cross sell products and services beneficial to members, answer questions about products and services and resolve problems that are within their scope authority.
• Ensure member and account information is correctly entered into data system, process documentation as necessary, provide required information to Branch staff for disbursement in a timely fashion; follow up to ensure all aspects of the transaction have been correctly and satisfactorily completed.
• Act as liaison between members and other departments.
• Assure that appropriate records and documentation are correct and well maintained.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
