Beach Cities Health District (BCHD) seeks a part-time CHF Member Services Specialist in Redondo Beach, CA to assist with front desk operations, member services, and billing tasks. The role supports the Membership Services Manager and helps manage program enrollments, billing issues, and program portals such as Silver Sneakers.

The employee will maintain customer service excellence, oversee program enrollments, and assist with monthly MSR/MSS meetings.

Qualificações

• Experience in front desk operations and member services.
• Familiarity with billing, refunds, and member accounts.
• Knowledge of CHF/BCHD programs and services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains excellent customer service and understanding of CHF and BCHD programming.
• Handles billing issues for members in the absence of supervisor.
• Manages the portals for CHF Silver programs and tracks revenue.
• Oversees member eligibility for enrollment or termination and correct data entry in CSI software.
• Ensures data fields are entered for insurance information and enrollment processing.
• Rotates as manager-on-duty to oversee facility operations and staff.
