Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality and phone voice with excellent telephone manners.
• Ability to learn quickly and use a computer terminal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and information to members.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with a friendly tone.
• Perform transactions, provide information, and conduct account maintenance and research.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor across communications.
• Respond to inquiries about Credit Union products and services by phone.
• Balance loyalty with protecting Credit Union assets as directed by leadership.
