Associated Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Rep I to handle member inquiries, perform transactions, and provide product guidance. The role requires strong communication and a customer-service mindset and may involve password resets and policy guidance.

The position emphasizes flexibility, ability to work Saturdays, and maintaining knowledge of ACU policies. A high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience are expected, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum one-year experience in banking, auto financing, sales or other role that involves member service.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
• Conduct transactions: withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Balance payment history information with the member, review findings and identify corrections.
• Force Return, Stop Payments, and Skip a Payment.
• Handle exceptions such as fee refunds and releasing check holds.
• Update contact information such as address, email and phone numbers.
• Online Banking password resets.
• Educate members on our products and services.
• Handle member questions with professionalism and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACU policies, procedures and services.
