Job summary

Everwise Credit Union in New Hampshire is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver high quality financial services, handle transactions, open new accounts, and operate an ITM while supporting multiple branches.

You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and protect member privacy, with travel between service centers. A HS diploma and cash handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Six months of retail sales and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service on general financial services.
• Sell and service credit union products while building relationships.
• Cash handling and financial transactions.
• Open new accounts and maintain member records.
• Operate an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
• Support the Member Contact Center as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Meet referral and sales goals and follow up with members.
