Job summary

Everwise Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to assist members by phone or other channels, handling inquiries and transactions with care. You will promote credit union products, use computer systems for support, and aim for first-contact resolution while maintaining high service quality.

You will contribute to member satisfaction and wallet share, work in a fast-paced environment, and participate in ongoing growth and teamwork as part of the credit union's service commitment.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills required.
• Phone communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
• Basic analytical, mathematical, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Data entry skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service to members and team members over the phone or preferred channel.
• Identify opportunities to promote credit union products and services.
• Utilize computer applications to assist with member support and satisfaction.
• Strive for first contact resolution and build lasting member relationships.
• Maintain high quality metrics including member satisfaction and accuracy.
• Contribute to unit and corporate goals and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
