Job summary

You will handle account openings, changes of address, daily branch operations, and ensure compliance with BSA and banking regulations. 1–3 years of experience and CA DMV pull program participation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide World Class member service at branch/service center locations.
• Process transactions in savings, loans, and related credit union services.
• Perform file maintenance (address changes, check orders, ATM cards) and assist with branch readiness.
• Process new memberships, savings accounts, and loan requests as needed by Members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including BSA and internal controls.
