Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, judgment‑free environment and serve members with outstanding customer service.
• Promote membership and Black Card amenities to new and existing members.
• Assist at the welcome desk: check‑in members, greet and farewell them, and guide tours and enrollment.
• Maintain club cleanliness and sanitation.
• Recruit and welcome new members into fitness classes.
• Act as a team leader and role model, encouraging members and fellow staff.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
