Qualifications

• Basic math skills and cash handling experience required.
• 1+ years in sales, retail or customer service with goals achieved preferred.
• Credit union or bank teller/member service experience beneficial but not required; training provided.
• Follows established routines under close supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential matters calmly under pressure.
• Demonstrates teamwork in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains professional relationships with members and colleagues.
• Provide best-in-class service as first contact and help members reach financial goals.
• Assist members with cash transactions at counter, drive-up, phone or mail with confidentiality.
• Educate members about Connexus products and services.
• Complete member transactions accurately following guidelines.
• Balance cash drawer daily with minimal errors.
• Monitor chat queues to provide seamless experience across channels.
• Protect assets through risk mitigation and fraud prevention.
• Work toward individual performance and branch goals.
• Pursue personal development and stay informed on products and procedures.
