Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide friendly, best-in-class service.
• Experience handling cash accurately and balancing cash drawer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains professional relationships with members and colleagues.
• As the first contact, provide excellent service and promote Connexus products.
• Process member transactions at the counter, drive-up, phone or mail with confidentiality.
• Educate members about deposit/loan options and upsell when appropriate.
• Open deposit accounts and loans with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with audits and branch duties, and support training for new staff.
• Balance cash drawer daily with minimal errors and respond to chat queues as needed.
• Protect assets and mitigate risk by following policies and procedures.
