Qualifications

• Cash handling experience and basic math skills are required.
• Minimum 1+ year in sales, retail, or customer service with goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains professional relationships with members and colleagues.
• Provide best-in-class service as the first point of contact for members across channels.
• Assist members with financial transactions at counter, drive-up, phone, or mail.
• Educate members on Connexus products and services to enhance their financial landscape.
• Complete transactions accurately while following guidelines and procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily with minimal errors.
