Qualifications

• Associate's degree or commensurate experience is required.
• 1+ years of prior work experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and an outgoing, friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential matters.
• Demonstrates teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and think independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Engage members in proactive financial review conversations and make personalized recommendations.
• Open new loan and deposit products and build ongoing, valuable relationships.
• Assist members across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Promote credit union products and services to grow business through outbound calls.
• Educate team on products and monitor industry changes for leadership.
• Assist members with financial transactions and troubleshooting across channels.
• Resolve member service issues and complex application inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide best service.
