Job summary

Two Rivers YMCA seeks an energetic Front Desk staff member to provide friendly, high-quality member service in the evening hours. You will greet members, offer tours, inform about memberships and programs, and handle transactions with accuracy.

The role requires a flexible schedule, a minimum of 3 shifts weekly, and a professional appearance. CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, plus strong communication, are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and community in person and by phone in a positive manner.
• Offer tours and information about YMCA and membership benefits.
• Provide accurate information on memberships, programs, rentals, and services.
• Process applications, passes, programs, merchandise, and data entry with receipts.
• Complete shift end reports and reconcile monies.
• Respond to customer complaints constructively.
• Operate standard office equipment and basic computer systems.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and events as needed.
• Maintain neat, professional lobby and service areas.
• Document behavior, medical, or emergency events as needed.
