Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking an entry-level Housekeeping Associate to learn and grow in a fast-paced club environment. You will keep club areas sparkling, restock supplies, and uphold Villa Sport standards while delivering friendly service to members.

Responsibilities span locker rooms, laundry services, and exterior areas as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive, energetic attitude in a dynamic fitness community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary).
• Five-star customer service skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to learn new tasks or technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned club areas are sparkling clean, neat and uncluttered, fully stocked and safe.
• Serve as a service ambassador to members while performing cleaning duties.
• May be assigned to locker rooms, laundry services, exterior areas or general housekeeping.

Housekeeping Associates will complete all cleaning duties while serving as service ambassadors to our members. This position is highly visible throughout the club, constantly cleaning and taking great care of the facility, demonstrating to members and guests the high importance of cleanliness to the Villa Sport brand.
