• Process member financial transactions via PTMs including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Assist members via phone, email, and chat about products, services, and online banking tasks.
• Ensure transactional accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Perform basic credit/debit card maintenance and status updates.
• Process member transactions received via mail.
