Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a Teller (Member Services Representative I) for the Northeast location in Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on welcoming members, processing transactions, and promoting services in a branch setting.

Formación

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and numerical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist members with transactions promptly and accurately.
• Process all teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments within policy.
• Maintain cash drawer with minimal discrepancies and uphold security procedures.
• Respond to member questions regarding accounts, products and services.
• Promote Credit Union services based on members’ needs and educate about online banking.
