Qualifications

• High school diploma with additional business courses preferred.
• Prior experience in a busy public contact position at a credit union, financial institution, or retail setting.
• Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone inquiries regarding deposits and loan accounts.
• Promote credit union products and services through cross-selling.
• Handle transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, and credit card inquiries.
• Provide timely, accurate information and resolve member questions.
• Maintain confidentiality of member and credit union information.
