Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of Teller, MSR, or telephone/sales-focused experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between members and the credit union, delivering excellent service across multiple channels.
• Open new accounts, process loan applications, and provide accurate account information.
• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, chats, and tickets, while also making outbound calls as needed.
• Perform daily financial transactions and proactively cross-sell credit union products and services.
