Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries about deposit and loan accounts; promote products.
• Inform, educate, and advise members.
• Process transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, and check orders by phone.
• Assist with payroll deductions, direct deposits, stop payments, and card inquiries.
• Cross-sell services and meet department goals.
• Handle member inquiries and solve problems.
• Comply with policies and complete required training (BSA, OFAC, information security).
• Report risk-management violations as required.
• Provide quality service to members and co-workers.
