Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Branch Operations professional to open and process member accounts and cross-sell services. You will use the AIDINC process to conduct high-quality member interviews and complete loan applications via Opening Act and Symitar. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and stellar member service.

The position is full-time, on-site at Pass Road Branch, with a competitive benefits package. FLSA is non-exempt and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of related experience.
• Completion of Lending Class, New Accounts training, and Teller training required.
• Strong basic math, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Opens and processes consumer & business deposit accounts, including IRAs and CDs.
• Cuts and issues ATM/debit cards; handles disputes and fraud.
• Conducts member interviews to match needs with credit union products and services.
• Maintains cash handling accuracy and dual control procedures.
• Processes loans via Opening Act and Symitar; routes to lending decision makers.
• Represents the credit union professionally and resolves member concerns.
