Qualifications

• High school education or GED as a minimum requirement.
• Community college coursework is desirable.
• One year to three years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates new membership accounts and processes required documentation.
• Conducts quality member interviews to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Uses systems to process deposits and loans accurately.
• Cross-sells credit union products and services.
• Maintains compliance with BSA, OFAC, and other regulations.
