Keesler Federal Credit Union in Ridgeland, MS is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I to oversee loan lobby operations and coach staff in delivering Sales and Service standards. This role partners with the Branch Manager to manage daily workflow, scheduling, and member service, including teller and lending duties.

Located in a busy retail environment, the ABM I guides staff, handles escalated member concerns, and contributes to branch performance through coaching, oversight of compliance with

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent.
• One to three years of similar/related experience in a financial institution.
• Must participate in The Sales and Service Standard Training.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate staff in sales.
• Confidentiality and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch operations and supervises staff in absence of Branch Manager.
• Coaches staff to meet sales and service standards and documents progress.
• Supervises lobby staff and may perform teller or lending duties.
• Creates work schedules and approves leave requests.
• Ensures compliance with BSA, OFAC and related regulations.
