Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union in Picayune, MS, is seeking a Teller to provide accurate cash handling and member service on-site. You will post transactions, balance cash, and support sales and service goals while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, using teller terminals and CRM, and participating in training. Benefits and career opportunities are offered within a supportive retail operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and basic math skills.
• One month to twelve months of similar experience preferred.
• Proficient with teller terminals and basic PC software.

Responsibilities

• Identify members and verify account information for transactions.
• Accept deposits, withdrawals, loan advances, and payoff requests within limits.
• Balance cash drawers and recyclers daily with accuracy and security.
• Assist members with inquiries and refer cross-sell opportunities as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold BSA/OFAC requirements.
