Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union in Pascagoula, MS, is seeking a Teller Service Representative I in Retail Operations. Under supervision, you will post transactions, manage cash, balance cash drawers, and support sales and service initiatives with members.

You will use CRM to track member concerns, perform ATM maintenance as needed, and uphold confidentiality while meeting performance goals. Previous cash-handling and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Must accurately post deposits, withdrawals, and payments within approved limits.
• Maintain cash control and reconcile cash drawers daily.
• Refers cross-sell opportunities and distributes marketing materials.
• Protect member information and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Identify members and verify ownership for transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and cash recyclers.
• Process ATM deposits and night depository per procedures.
• Resolve member issues and document in CRM.
• Comply with BSA, OFAC, Reg CC and Red Flag policies.
