Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union is seeking a Floating Financial Services Representative I (FSR I) to open new member accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell financial products. You will provide friendly, accurate service while guiding members through product options and helping them achieve their financial goals.

The role supports branch operations across the region, requires basic lending/training, and involves frequent movement within the network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is desirable.
• Outgoing, customer-focused with ability to sell credit union products and services.
• Proficient with PCs, word processors, spreadsheets, internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Open new consumer and business deposit accounts and IRAs/CDs.
• Conduct high-quality member interviews to assess needs and offer solutions.
• Process loans and disbursements following guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with BSA/OFAC and REG CC requirements.
• Cross-sell ancillary products and refer merchants for business accounts.
