This role emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to assist in training staff and improving member experience.

The position requires customer service experience, basic financial knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related financial or customer services experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience in computer systems with MS Office experience preferred.
• Math aptitude and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player being flexible and dependable.
• Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision making skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure.
• General knowledge and experience working with mobile devices and their operating systems.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide universal support for members related to department operational activities and financial services.
• Resolve member inquiries, concerns and issues.
• Provide leadership, training and support to co-workers and staff.
