MAC FCU, a division of Credit Union 1, is seeking a Member Service Representative (Teller) for the Ft. Wainwright site. You will assist members with transactions, provide product information, and support branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. On-site position with potential travel to other Alaska branches.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, sales, etc).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and discretion in interactions with members.

Responsabilidades

• Professionally initiate contact with members and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Assist members with transactions and services, including account openings.
• Maintain knowledge of deposits and lending products; cross-sell where appropriate.
