Job summary

MAC FCU, a division of Credit Union 1, seeks a Member Service Representative (Teller) for our Fairbanks, AK location. The MSR will handle day-to-day teller transactions and member inquiries with accuracy and courtesy, building relationships and promoting services.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work on-site with occasional travel to other branches within the network.

Qualifications
