Directions Credit Union in Lexington, OH is hiring a Member Service Representative I (Teller). You will greet members, listen to needs, perform basic teller duties, cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and promote credit union products.

This is a full-time on-site role with a development path to MSR II, offering training, opportunities for advancement, benefits and paid time off, and a focus on courteous, confidential member service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or better required.

Aufgaben

• Represents the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operates on-line teller terminal to perform various transactions; cash handling such as deposits and withdrawals, depositing/cashing checks and making loan payments.
• Processes cash advances, cashiers' checks, money orders, government bonds, and similar transactions.
• Opens and closes accounts daily. Processes assigned cash and transactions and balances at end of day.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of member account information.
• Performs drive-up teller and night drop functions as assigned.
• Balance ATM daily as assigned.
• Tracks sales for MSR incentive program.
