Job summary

UK Credit Union is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for members, providing essential financial services and support at our Lexington branch. You will process a variety of transactions, assist with inquiries, and educate members on credit union products to meet their financial needs.

Qualifications

• Six months of similar or related experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and timely.
• Handle night deposits, cashier’s checks, money orders, and savings bonds.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell services where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with policies and banking regulations while maintaining confidentiality.
