Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to greet members warmly.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operates on-line teller terminal to process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Opens and closes accounts daily; balances cash and end-of-day totals.
• Proactively suggests Credit Union products and services to meet members’ financial needs.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of member information.
• Balances ATM and handles drive-up and night drop functions as assigned.
