Sikorsky Credit Union is hiring a Teller FT to deliver excellent member service while processing a wide range of transactions and maintaining positive relationships with members.

Responsibilities include assessing member needs, cross-selling products, and supporting other tellers across branches with a collaborative, service-driven approach. Strong attention to detail and cash handling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking products and services; ability to learn Credit Union offerings.
• Travel up to 50% and adaptability to different branches.
• Cash handling experience and accuracy in processing transactions.

Responsabilités

• Accurately process a broad variety of transactions with excellent member service.
• Assess member needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services that fit member needs.
• Serve as back up to other tellers at different branches when needed.
• Promote a positive work atmosphere and uphold core values: Service, Teamwork, Integrity, Responsibility.
• Stay informed about industry changes, regulations, and technology.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements; perform additional duties as assigned.
