Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, by phone, and online.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Open and maintain accounts.
• Process member loans.
• Help members with online and digital banking services.
• Recommend products and services that fit members’ needs.
• Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
• Support daily branch operations.
