Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist members with account questions and credit union services.
• Support members with online banking and account access needs.
• Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions while researching discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that may benefit members.
• Maintain accurate records while following all credit union policies and procedures.
• Support branch operations through administrative tasks such as answering phones, scanning, filing, and data entry.
