Job summary

Sam's Club in Folsom, CA is seeking a front-end supervisor to support management in directing associates, delivering member service, and promoting programs. You will assign duties, provide feedback, and train staff to ensure smooth checkout and accurate transactions.

You will engage with members, resolve issues per guidelines, assist with recruiting, scheduling, and coaching, and help maintain a clean, organized club in line with Walmart values.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g. cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and guiding performance
• Provide member service by assisting members with purchasing decisions, memberships, and related accounts
• Promote membership, participate in sales/marketing events, and maintain required documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy and assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates
