Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with transactions.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas in a safe shopping environment.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and guide purchasing decisions.
• Promote Sam’s Club products, services, and technology to members.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe or illegal activity to management.
• Keep accurate records of receipts, paperwork, logs and documentation.
• Provide training to associates on processes, procedures and new technology.
• Monitor shrinkage, damage and theft within the area.
• Follow company policies and ethical standards.
