Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service for inbound and outbound member inquiries in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot member issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Verify member information and maintain accurate records.
• Promote and cross-sell products to meet members' financial needs.
• Stay updated on Trumark products, services, and training programs.
• Assist with new product or procedure implementation and additional tasks.
