YMCA of Delaware is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative at the Sussex location (Sussex Family YMCA, Rehoboth Beach, DE). You will provide exceptional service to members and prospects, handle inquiries about memberships, programs and services, and support daily front-desk operations.

The role emphasizes friendly, prompt communication, the ability to manage multiple calls, and the capacity to guide tours for prospective members.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to members and prospects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer service, sales or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers; able to operate office routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience to members and prospects.
• Interact with members in person, by phone, or via email about membership, programs and services.
• Address membership complaints and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Handle high volume of incoming calls and assist with inquiries.
• Tour prospective members and guide them through facility during tours.
