This role balances sales activity with operational duties and account/loan openings.

The MSR II helps grow member relationships through needs-based conversations while ensuring compliance and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and planning skills; ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and cohesively with others, fosters team environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the credit union values and delivers excellent member service.
• Processes member transactions accurately and efficiently.
