Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager by performing creative and support duties related to the marketing function within the credit union and help with marketing promotions.
• Process members' transactions and assist with delivery of all credit union services; provide high quality customer service.
• Balance daily work at end of day; balance tellers' work; process travellers cheques and overdrafts.
• Reconcile checking accounts monthly; perform wire transfers; make daily general ledger entries; handle card disputes and loan closings.
• Interact with customers and staff for new business inquiries; process deposits, payments, withdrawals and transfers; assist with loan applications; notary public duties.
