Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a full-time Credit Union Clerk at Burnet Campus. You will assist the Marketing function, help develop and implement promotions, and participate in new employee orientation and benefits events.

You will also process members’ transactions, deliver credit union services with high-quality customer service, and perform balancing, ledger entries, and disputes resolution. This role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in a related field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with marketing duties and promotions for the credit union.
• Process member transactions and provide high quality customer service.
• Balance daily work, balance tellers' work, and handle travelers cheques and overdrafts.
• Reconcile checking accounts, perform wire transfers, and enter general ledger entries.
• Handle loan closings, disputes, and escalated member account issues.
