Altra Federal Credit Union in Clarksville TN is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative at the Wilma Rudolph Office. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, handling routine banking transactions with accuracy while delivering friendly service.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a customer-service background. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus, and experience with cash handling is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Background in customer service - previous financial experience a plus!
• Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and assist with their daily banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and in compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs and support business growth.
• Promote in-branch technology and assist members as needed.
• Maintain member confidentiality and adhere to security procedures.
• Resolve member questions or concerns promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports.
• Support other branch functions as needed.
