Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union have merged to enhance member service in Castle Rock, CO. The Member Service Representative delivers face-to-face service, assists with accounts, and refers products to meet member needs while ensuring compliance with BSA and CFPB regulations.

Full-time role requiring 6+ months in customer service in financial services or retail, a high school diploma, and two weeks of paid training at Wings' Colorado Springs HQ.

Formación

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.
• 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery, required

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality member service through face-to-face transactions including new member account creation and card/file maintenance.
• Regularly refer products and services in lending, investments, electronic banking, wealth management, and business banking.
• Comply with safety and service standards and financial regulations including BSA and CFPB.
• Meet job training requirements.
• Maintain cash drawer per Cash Control Policy.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.
