The position requires 2 weeks of paid training at Wings/Ent Headquarters in Colorado Springs, with a primary site in the Pueblo/Pueblo West area.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred (Spanish) with strong communication skills.
• Basic financial transactions and member account support experience.
• Knowledge of BSA/CFPB regulations and compliance is essential.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through face-to-face interactions and transactions.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering deposit, lending, and other Wings/Ent products.
• Adhere to training and regulatory standards and maintain policy compliance.
• Support in training and following Bank Secrecy Act procedures.
