Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through face-to-face transactions and new account setup.
• Advise on products and services; refer across lending, investments, and digital banking.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/CFPB and credit union policies.
• Meet training requirements and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cash drawer per policy and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Remain aware of Bank Secrecy Act requirements and related procedures.
