Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Confidentiality: verify identifications and share account information only with authorized members.
• Handle member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Endorsements and fund availability checked according to regulations.
• Cross-sell products and services to members.
• Process mail, ATM/night drop transactions, and maintain records.
• Answer multi-line phone system and perform administrative tasks.
• Balance records and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain member information in the computer system.
