Visions Federal Credit Union is hiring a Service and Sales Representative in Muhlenberg/Temple, PA. You will be the primary contact for members, opening and managing consumer, business, and IRA accounts. You’ll assist with loan applications and handle notary and signature guarantees.

This full-time role requires a 1–3 year degree path with eligibility for notary within a year, and strong MS Office skills. On-site work supports branch operations and member service goals.

Qualificações

• Associate degree required with 1-3 years of experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Bilingual Spanish required; language assessment during onboarding.
• Notary license within 1 year of acceptance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with standard office equipment; PCs, phones, fax etc.
• Visions emphasizes diversity and inclusion in experience and background.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships and serve as the first point of contact for members.
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts.
• Support loan application intake (including mortgages).
• Resolve account questions and escalations.
• Provide notary and signature guarantee services (training provided).
• Support branch operations (teller/MSR coverage, transactions).
